Since you want to complete the Strand Sources bound quest in Destiny 2, you need to find two green glowing Strand Orbs in the Liming Harbor region of Neomuna. Once you interact with the orb you can look inside and get a prompt that says Super Charged. Once you get to the Liming Harbor waypoint, you'll need to travel a little further and then turn left to reach the first orb. After that, go back to the same waypoint and then keep going straight until you reach a structure to climb. You can get the second orb.
Once you collect both of them, you will see that the Maelstrom quest related to the Beach Springs has been completed. Completing the entire quest will reward you with powerful Tier 1 gear. Also, these beach springs appear in different regions of the Vex Incursion zone. You might even find another one and complete the quest.
