Along with Error Code: 59, you will get a message on the screen saying "An error occurred connecting to the platform. Please restart your game client" and according to Riot, "Login queue fetch token error."
To fix it, simply exit Valorant and restart the game; but if the problem persists, you need to go to the Task Manager and end the processes. You can do this by right-clicking on the Taskbar and then selecting Task Manager from the menu. Find all Valorant processes, click on them and hit End Task.
